Richmond Air Routing Engine (R.A.R.E.) RichmondAir has developed a proprietary piece of networking equipment, which we’ve dubbed the R.A.R.E (RichmondAir Routing Engine). The R.A.R.E can provide any number of services for your organization. We can use it to create encrypted Ethernet Over IP tunnels, thus combining two networks into one when a Point-to-Point setup isn’t an option, or to apply Dynamic Address Translation to your network.
